Access for everyone
Accessibility.
Our commitment to making Veterans Corps information and services usable by as many people as possible.
Our commitment
Pheon Agency Ltd aims to make the Veterans Corps website accessible and understandable, including for people who use assistive technology. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA where reasonably practicable.
Using the website
The website is designed to support keyboard navigation, browser zoom, readable contrast, descriptive headings and labels for forms and controls. You should be able to increase text size using your browser without losing access to the main content.
Known limitations
Some linked third-party services, including Membermojo and payment services, are outside our direct control. Interactive maps may be less convenient for some assistive-technology users; equivalent branch information and contact routes are provided in text where available. We continue to correct accessibility issues identified in our own pages and private account areas.
Requesting help or an alternative format
If you cannot access information or complete a task, use the contact form or telephone 020 3432 2451. Tell us the page or feature concerned and the format or assistance you need.
Reporting an accessibility problem
Please contact us if you find an accessibility problem. We will consider the issue and explain what we can do. This statement was prepared on 26 August 2026 and will be reviewed as the website develops.
